April 1st, 2007 - Telugu Vocabulary Contest from 12 noon to 6 pm at the Novi Civic Center at 45175 W. 10 Mile Road, Novi, MI 48375. Objective here is to promote Telugu language reading and writing among the second generation while nurturing their competitive spirit and fostering teamwork. April 14th, 2007 - Michigan Indian American Cultural Association (MIIACA) is having their annual HOLI function (HOLI and VAISAKHI celebration) on Saturday April 14th, 2007 at Costick Center located at 28600 Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, MI. Visit the MIIACA website for more details.

April 22nd, 2007 - A Free Community Health Fair hosted by Oakwood Annapolis Hospital, Michigan Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (MAPI) and Canton Hindu Temple. Major network now casting for fun national show in which couples compete in both mental and physical obstacles for an AMAZING HOME. They will also have the opportunity to obtain fantastic prizes along the way!
