"Mozart of Madras" is coming to Michigan.

A.R. Rahman, Grammy and Academy Award winning music director and composer, best known for "Slumdog Millionaire," will be performing live at Pontiac Silverdome on Saturday, June 19, 2010.

On his forthcoming tour, Rahman will collaborate with creative director Amy Tinkham who is known for creating live musical concerts for a variety of pop-music icons including Britney Spears, the Backstreet Boys and Mariah Carey.
